Jim Pilversack, President, CEO Focus
Jim has been helping small to large, private and family owned businesses plan their futures for over
16 years. Prior to founding his own consulting business in 1989, Jim was VP of
Management Development in the strategic planning division of Hospital
Corporation of America. During his tenure at HCA he developed the leadership
talents of over 2000 managers and hospital CEOs worldwide. Since 1989, Jim has
worked with a diverse group of clients in the mid-Atlantic region on strategic
and future planning assignments as well as leadership development for family
businesses.
In 1997, Jim was selected by TEC, the premier international CEO membership
organization to serve as the Chairman of a TEC group in the Lehigh Valley. Jim
is an adjunct faculty for the Small Business Development Center of Lehigh
University and is also an associate of the Delaware Valley Family Business
Center. Starting in 2006, Jim will be helping to establish a Family
Business Forum with Virginia Tech in the Roanoke, Virginia area.
